If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) please email us within the first 10 days of receipt for a refund and in the first 15 days for an exchange.  If we don’t hear from you during that time frame unfortunately we won’t be able to process your refund or exchange. 
Please note that refunds are processed for only online purchases.  Exchanges and refunds are not processed for bespoke orders. 

With a copy of your receipt, you may return and exchange your item(s) by visiting our store on 19 Voukourestiou Street, Athens 106 71 or by sending your package via post back to us. We are happy to exchange an item(s) of the same value or more within 15 days of receipt.  Any additional shipping costs that have been payed are non-refundable.

At the moment we do not offer pre payed return labels so it is your responsibility to pay for any shipping costs for your return.

We highly suggest you use a trackable courier service when you proceed with your return as we are not responsible for any loss / damage or guarantee your item will reach us back safely.

Please note that we inspect all items returned to us. Items must contain their original packaging and be in a good condition to be approved for an exchange or refund.

Please make sure your items are well packed to avoid any damages to the items. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the piece received is determined to be damaged.

Once your return is received inspected and approved, we will send you a confirmation email that we have received your item and another one to update you if your return is approved.

Once your return is approved, we will credit you the amount payed back to your credit card or back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note any shipping costs payed are non-refundable.

Seasonal items:
Seasonal items may only be exchanged with another seasonal item of the same value or higher within 15 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on seasonal items. Eg: new year charms or Easter egg collections. Sale items:
